Mulakan Tahun 2016 Dengan Cara Hidup Yang Sihat Bersama Washington Apple Commission dan Fitness First!

Semua orang tahu tentang khasiatnya buah epal. Selain daripada ianya kaya dengat serat dan bertindak sebagai pelawas yang baik, buah epal juga sebenarnya kaya dengan zat vitamin C, pottasium dan anti-oksida. Dikatakan ianya bagus untuk mencantikkan kulit, mencegah daripada penyakit seperti kanser dan tiroid dan banyak lagi kelebihannya yang tersembunyi.

Terdapat sehingga 20 jenis epal sepanjang musim setiap tahun. Dan di antara jenis-jenis epal yang popular terdapat di pasaran seperti:-

2. Golden Delicious
3. Gala Fuji
4. Granny Smith
5. Honeycrisp
6. Crisp Pink
7. Braebun
8. Jonagold

Menyedari kepentingan khasiat buah Epal, Washinton Apple Commission (WAC) telah berkalaborasi bersama Fitness First melancarkan "Kempen Komuniti Gaya Hidup Pemakanan Menyihatkan & Kecergasan".
 Yang mana pelbagai aktiviti menarik telah dianjurkan. Sekaligus memberikan pengetahuan dan pendidikan bagaimana epal dapat dikombinasikan bersama regim kesihatan mampu merangsang kesihatan serta kecergasan :=)

Pelbagai jenis resepi dan jus/smoothies boleh dicuba dengan menggunakan buah epal sebagai bahan utama. Resepi boleh didapatkan di www.bestapples.com. Apa yang menarik perhatian saya ialah Salad Apple!

Pihak Fitness First juga telah membuat demonstrasi cara senaman yang mudah yang turut disertai beberapa pihak media. Dan istimewanya buat pengunjung gimnasium Fitness First cawangan Paradigm Mall, akan diberikan epal secara percuma selama seminggu.

 Turut diadakan pertandingan gambar di instagram yang mana 5 pemenang telah dipilih dan menerima hadiah yang menarik dari pihak penganjur.

I usually don't buy the fruits that I consume because my parents do that. However, apples are one of my faves.

Few months ago masa issue Apple waxed and tak sihat untuk dimakan tu, dah stop dah beli apples. Tapi nak start balik lah, especially kalau yang sekarang ni dah clear dari isu wax tu semua.

so many types of apples out there.. i like those which are sweet and crunchy.. i think i've tried this washington apple before. not bad :D
